Come build with people who care.
MindTorc is a small, senior team. We hire slowly, pay well, and protect the conditions that make great work possible.
We're hiring across engineering, AI and design.
You will own product features end-to-end, from database schema to the user interface. We build complex, high-traffic platforms where good engineering judgment matters more than blindly following frameworks. You should have strong opinions about code quality and no patience for unnecessary complexity.
- 5+ years of TypeScript or JavaScript in production
- Experience shipping real products with Next.js or similar
- Comfortable with PostgreSQL, API design, and deployment
- Good instincts about when to build vs buy
You will design and ship ML systems in production, not just notebooks. From LLM orchestration and RAG pipelines to custom fine-tuning and eval harnesses, you will work closely with product teams to build AI features that keep getting better after launch.
- Strong Python and applied ML fundamentals
- Hands-on experience with LLMs in production (OpenAI, Anthropic, or open source)
- Solid understanding of RAG architecture, vector databases, and evaluation
- Comfort with the full stack from data pipeline to API endpoint
You will design and operate the infrastructure our products run on. This includes Kubernetes clusters, Terraform-managed cloud resources, CI/CD pipelines, and the observability stack that keeps us ahead of problems. Security mindset is a must.
- 5+ years cloud infrastructure, AWS preferred
- Deep Kubernetes and Terraform experience
- Experience with multi-region deployments and cost optimization
- Strong opinions about monitoring, alerting, and incident response
You will design products that people actually want to use, from complex data dashboards to clean mobile onboarding. You will work embedded with engineering from early concept through QA, with a high bar for both craft and shipping speed.
- 3+ years product design with a strong portfolio
- Deep Figma skills including component libraries and auto-layout
- Experience building and maintaining design systems
- Ability to prototype and clearly communicate decisions to engineers
You will own security across client engagements and our internal systems. This covers threat modeling, application security reviews, penetration testing, and helping engineering teams build secure-by-default infrastructure. You will also lead SOC 2 and compliance work.
- Hands-on experience with application security and penetration testing
- Familiarity with cloud security on AWS or GCP
- SOC 2 and compliance framework experience
- Strong written communication for working alongside non-security teams
